1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, a request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are generally applicable to software licenses and modules that have not been deployed in a production environment. Please note that custom development work, hourly consultations, and specialized integration services are non-refundable once the work has commenced, as these involve dedicated labor and resources.

2. Technical Issues and Compatibility

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any technical hurdles. If a module fails to function as advertised on your server and our team is unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be granted. 

3. The Request Process

All refund requests must be sent in writing to our billing department. Your request should include your order number, the specific product name, and a detailed explanation of why a refund is being sought. This information helps us improve our products and ensures your request is processed efficiently. Once received, our team will review your claim and notify you of the approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.

4. Processing and Credits

Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. In some instances, we may offer a credit toward future purchases or upgrades at Microsharp Technologies as an alternative to a direct refund, which can be applied immediately to your next project or module.
